Budapest I.

The pictures in the dark were made by my first digital camera, sometime back in 2005. It was dark and I entered an exciting, abandoned building somewhere in Budapest. As I hardly could see anything I was making pictures and then looking them back to see where I am. Some lucky way it was kind of an artist place, and also I was making pretty good pictures without seeing anything while making them. A few of the pictures became inspiration for a series of work and then I made more pictures to use in for making work, like the series for the Beurs van Berlage in 2007.
